Your question was: Godaddy, Great firewall of china issue?.
Clean your cookies... Justin did it and it did the samething that happened to me...
I think you mean Tracksuites.com with a extra e.
...
Im pretty sure it was tracksuits.com without the E.....
Maybe US traffic is getting the behavior and other IPs are getting NameAdmin..
Each time I tried it on tracksuites.com it went to clothesfinnd.biz/?rid=1264072.
...
Yah, but this is wrong.
It was TrackSuits.com with no e... The samething happened to Justin when he did a direct type-in for Tracksuits.com.
Tracksuites.com is just forwarded.....
One *possible* way to do this is to program the DNS servers to associate multiple IP address records (A records) with the domain. This is frequently used in load balancing, so when you type in "example.com" you can potentially go to any one of several distinct hosts on the net. To do it just slip in additional A records into the DNS and the bind/whatever software does the rest.
Usually they point the different IP's to a server that replicates the behavior on multiple web servers, but that is not a requirement. You could have the same HostGator go to multiple different websites... of course that would confuse users.
Marc..
NS1.15X.NET - 15x.net points to nameadministration.com.
NS2.15X.NET.
Maybe he has some way of diverting american traffic to the links you posted -I don't know ??.
I would imagine he's got a BIG room full of servers working hard for him.
