Are you sure that you completed the counter offer steps? It is a two step process, where you counter offer on one page, and then you get a confirmation page. You have to scroll down on the confirmation page to confirm. I have forgotten to confirm on the second page in the past and had multiple messages from the buyer... very frustrating.

Its silly - you should be able to just cancel any offer with a simple note, sorry I have already recieved higher offers.

The way it's set up you have to first reply with a price, if they counter only then can you cancel it - If they accept then you have to sell.

Just ignore it if you're not interested, eventually you will stop getting emails.
