Got a question, hope someone can answer... For Nutrisystem, how many calories burned does it take to equal 1 Activity Point? Thanks in advance for any comment. My 2nd question... <<random vent>>.

I am so fracking stressed at work this week, I missed my massage, I can't exercise more than I already am because my body is already aching and I am reaching the hunger threshold of input/output ratio.....

I am torn between wanting to.

A) scream foul words/phrases at perfect strangers who wander across my path.

B) hit or kick something that I would probably have to fix later.

C) drink unnecessarily large quantities of beer and/or whisky.

D) order a extra large pizza with cheese in the crust, extra cheese and every fat, nasty, greasy topping possible with a pint of ice cream on the side.

E) crunch with excessive vigor on baby carrots from my 5lb bag of organic, cut & peeled baby carrots while venting on the Nutrisystem forums.

Wait I already did "e" so I guess I am done now..

Do you think I can still kick something? Maybe I should go over to the neighbors so I don't have to fix it later...

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I got an decent answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably can help you..

Don't suffer from stress, become a carrier!..

Food is not the answer. But hunger could be setting you on edge. Eat big salads. Also, hot bath is a nice stress reliever...

Not actually planning to eat, Poly...or drink for that matter...just venting..

I went out and soaked up some afternoon sunshine rather than work for while instead...

I'm with ya cautiously. My birthday week is now over (thank god), but now tomorrow I start school..

And we're down two at work for the next two months (and my job has mandatory overtime to cover their shifts) so, there's nine drafts a week and seven of us left to cover them..

Plus two classes, Organic Chemistry and Biology (retaking biology to get my B to an A so it shouldn't be TOO hard), but Organic Chemistry is going to kick my ass..

And sleep. Working out is going to be hard to find time for I'm thinking. I may start just taking my dogs for an hour walk every morning (while I wait for school to start after work) and lift on the weekends? Maybe?.

I dunno. I'm kinda nervous about it. heh. We'll see how it works out. GOtta get organized...
