Hi Kelli! Welcome to MF, you will love it! My advice is to stay 100% OP, limit your condiments and drink tons of water! Also, feel free to ask questions - everyone here is so helpful! I wish you luck on your journey!..
My advice is to get a blender and be careful with whatever you heat in the microwave (things tend to boil over). I also tried one of each item so that I could figure out what I liked and what I was returning so that you can send the things back right away that you didn't like. Good luck!..
The discussion boards are a great way to learn about what others are doing on their journey and their plans for success!.
I bought a magic bullet blender it's so convenient.. and blends things beautifully with no mess. I also put my food in baggies.. so in the morning I go pick one out and thats what I eat for the day.
Here is my favorite recipe for a shake cake.. you can use it with the pudding also!.
1 pkg medifast shake.
1 T. water.
2 T. egg beater.
1 tsp. baking powder.
Mix and bake in a small pan sprayed with pam. 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
A great thing to make if you are on the run and need to bring some food with you..
Welcome to medifast!! I know you will do great!! the program is awesome and the people here are wonderful!!.
Kelly good luck today! You can do it!.
A shake cake is like a little cake made with the ingredients mentioned above. There are many recipes that you can make with the Medifast products that you can just grab and go. I'm so excited for you to start your first day!.
I agree...there is sooo much you can do with these products.. I have only been on a week and made ice cream, custard, and a pancake this morning... I am loving it!!!!!! I went to the recipe section and copied each recipe into a word document and filed them into groups such as bread, desserts, etc.. There is so much out there!!..

Congrats on commiting to mf. Yesterday you got some great suggestions. I would add to hop over to the Ready, Set, Go Challenge Board and join a team as a cheerleader. (We are currently in the middle of a six week challenge.) By posting with a team you get to form a relationship with others who will support you as you work the program. We would welcome you to Green Team, as would the other teams. Just introduce youself and join in with questions, successes, or whatever strikes your fancy.
