I got the gingerbread syrup which hasn't impressed me yet (maybe I need to add more?). I also got the WF chocolate syrup which I don't love either. I think my point is, don't expect that Hershey's flavor out of any of these SF products LOL! People on these boards rave so much about them that I think I raised my expectations too much.
I have a friend who recommends the Capella drops which come in much smaller bottles. Might be a way to try some flavor without as much committment..
Please let us know what you get and what you think. I am still only in week #3 so it may just be that my tastebuds aren't ready for them yet..
I got lots of stuff from them when I was on Atkins. They are great!.
But on MF, it seems like there is less for us unless you're making for other people. I remember buying almond and coconut flour, the DaVinci syrups (order quickly because they don't ship them in the winter because the cold breaks the bottles).
They have a wide selection of WF products...
Galeo's dressings. Hands down, the best thing I have bought! SO good...
I got my first order of SF and tried toasted marshmallow, cookie dough and the regular maple syrup. I was not impressed with the cookie dough but I really like the marshmallow in my brownies and shakes. I use 2 Tbsp of it or I can't taste it much. The Maple syrup us pretty good but it's very thin of course. I also bought some capella drops and I barely use them. They have a strong chemical taste to me...
I gotta second Galeo's dressings ~ they don't taste like other dressings that are low in fat, sugar, salt and carbohydrates, no sweeteness..
PB2 ~ I don't think this is netrition exclusive, but they do have it. Got some on my last order, tried it yesterday. I think it tastes great, obviously it's missing the oil, but it still tastes much better than I thought it would...
I think PB2 is awesome! I'm a PB junkie and this definitely cures my huge PB cravings...
There are several items I like from the website but my absolute must-haves are Galeo's dressings and Seal Sama Sugar Free Teriyaki Sauce..
My favs are:.
I've tried a lot of them and came down to these. I like the gingerbread better than the pumpkin pie. Have tried B52, German chocolate, etc., but I can make the same flavors pretty much with the plain chocolate mixed with whatever flavor I'm craving. So Chocolate and Mac nut or caramel & toasted marsh...stuff like that. Have fun with them, you'll find your favorites.
There is another site that's cheaper, although you pay shipping. I normally order 5 bottles at a time. http://www.lollicup.com/..
