First question I got is Falling off a Dukan Diet, gaining weight, help?!? Thanks for any answer. Second question.. Please share you favorite smoothie recipes - I thought having a smoothie a day would make it easier to get some of my fruit and dairy servings in. Thanks..

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer to your question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I find an answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably can help you..

Mine are simple....

1/2c ff milk.

1 scoop Any Whey.

*fruit serving of choice (or cocoa and splenda for a chocolate shake).

1c crushed ice.

Whiz in blender or Magic Bullet..

*If you freeze your fruit, you can cut down on ice...

Super simple freebie smoothie.

1/2 cup ice.

1/2 cup water.

1 individual serving packet crystal light (pomergrante cherry is my favorite).

Put it in magic bullet cup and whip for a few seconds..

My favorite is a pina colada smoothie....

1 6 oz container vanilla yogurt.

3/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks (I buy them already frozen at Safeway).

A splash of coconut extract.

A few ice cubes.

Hmm..I have a smoothie almost every afternoon..

It's always a variation of this:.

1/2 cup FF yogurt.

1/2 FF milk.

Then I add frozen strawberries, or frozen cherries (current favorite), raspberries or whatever frozen fruit..

1-2 tbsp splenda according to sweetness you desire.

And I like to have alot, so I add 1 cup ice cubes..

I also sometimes make it with 1/2 frozen banana and walden farms choc dip. Yummy!!!!.

Or banana and walden farms peanut butter spread (include splenda to taste).

I use the Dukan Diet Hot Cocoa mix (though you can probably find lower calorie hot cocoa mixes in the supermarket - try to get as low calories as possible) and mix it with 1/2 a banana (or if I have skipped my fruit serving with breakfast, a whole banana), some ice, and a glass of water.

I picked up from Costco a jumbo combo pack of mixed fruit in light syrup and peaches in light syrup that appear to meet the Dukan Diet guidelines for fruit. This weekend I may try mixing one of those containers with a 6 oz container of FF Vanilla yogurt and some ice. With the syrup from the peaches I doubt I'd need to add an artificial sweetener..
