E9049529 EURORAIL 22/04/2010 New Application 39 18.01.23 25.05.00.
I found this but this is after I reg'ed it...
Just drop it. Does Eurorail even provide service to India?..
Why drop it? I regged it be for the trademark, they fact they have no business in India even better. keyword like that can attract alot of traffic, and easy to make money with afiliate sites...
Go to Eurorail website, make a clone of their site, use their keywords, make a fake bookings page, you should do really well with it.
( JK )..
Eurorail in the .in extension ? .
If there is grace delete available in .in, I would suggest to take advantage of it...
Have to Agree with Sdsinc, you should grace delete. Its a blatant TM they can come after you with a c&d and worse..
Playing devils advocate, How does Euro(europe) rail in india make sense?..
If they don't have any business in india, I don't think you are going to get any traffic. You mean you regged it without knowing about EuroRail in Europe?..
The trademark is for eurail not eurorail until recently, as far as I can tell..
The information should not be used as a substitute for any form of advice on Eurail passes or other activities of the Eurail Group GIE (hereafter referred to as "Eurail"). Euro Rail Equipment Inc.
I agree with you though not worth the trouble so I guess it's a drop,.
Is why park http://eurorailmap.com/.
And here is the real bad boy, EURAIL - Travel Europe by Train InterRail.net - travel Europe by train | home | contact.
Doesn't seem to be in prison yet..
You are a disgrace for the domain business, just get lost, would you please.....you just admitted that you are friggin cybersquatter...may the companies come after you and rip you a second <placeholder>, amen.
Your an idiot LC, learn to speak english or have a proper discussion. Your not cybersquating unless it is a trademark and it is used in badfaith.
Your a disgrace to to the domain business because you are so stupid! example: buisness.info..
You have all but admitted you dont care if it's a TM, drop the name or you wont be very popular around here. The name is worthless anyway, the words dont fit the extension. I cant understand why you would register that term in that extension.
I totally agree with Liquid on this one.
There is also a TM on "Eurorails"..
LOL kiddo, now you really showed your level of intelligence and age..trying to lecture me about my English and yourself have 4 errors in your response, hahaha...
P.S: thx Giles, some people don't get it even you hold the evidence right in front of their eyes...let him learn it the hard way, one day :-).
