Wow, that is exactly what I was doing, eating one big meal. So Kate...30 lbs since January, that's what I'm looking for. Do you work out? What would you call your activity level?..
Treadmill....fast paced walk. Minimum of 60 minutes 5x per week. I add intervals if I'm unhappy with the week's weigh in. Big family too, so lots of general activity involving household stuff and kids too...
Hi kate, I was just reading this thread and saw that you walk on a treadmill. Do you have a Wii system by any chance? There is a great game called wii walk it out. You walk around and island and build it from the ground up. It is very addictive but gets you moving. It keeps track of what you do too. There is a whole thread on the game in this forum if you are interested.

That was me I never ate during the day just at night. Then I wondered why I couldn't lose weight. Now I feel like I am eating all the time and I am actually losing weight. Who would of thunk it? I am so glad I decided to try Nutrisystem. Best thing I ever did. :-)..
Wow, that article makes some great points. I was absolutely a starve and binge eater. It's great to change that. I just started week 3, I have no idea if I lost weight, in fact I'm pretty sure I've gained weight. My guts are going through changes for sure, I'm gassy but I live alone so no worries there. I have to say though, I'm starting to feel really good.
My body feels, I guess healthy???? I don't know how to describe the way my body feels, it just feels great. Even if I don't lose weight, but I think I will, I'm learning how to eat. I'm not sure how or when I forgot but I'm already incredibly glad I took the chance on this program. I was so scared that I would hate it, but holy smokes, two weeks in and I already feel better, I can't wait until I look better.

I was reading posts about saving your protein serving and eating it later, or switching snack times... and to be honest I was setting up a Nutrisystem binge for 4 or 5 PM after I got home from work. I will be much more diligent about spreading my meals out. THANK YOU...
I remember reading this article when I started the program. It explained a lot to me about what proper nutrition would do for me. I never underate before NS, but at first I would feel full and think that maybe I should skip some of the add ins. That would have been a really bad choice and this article gave me the science behind why that wouldn't help me to loose faster. It's so important to eat everything, and to keep it spaced out during the day. I'm glad to see this posted again.
