What's the easiest way to make them? I've searched for basic instruction but keep coming up with more complex recipes...

Saw this idea somewhere on the boards and just tried it last night - stir it up in a mug with 1/4 c. water and microwave it for a minute. Done. It was tasty and very bread-like...

I add 1/4t baking powder, then add the water. In a bowl. Then I use a spatula to mix gently, leaving some lumps. Spray pan with PAM and dump in the batter. Flip. Eat..

I don't know what the deal is with the shaker jar. If you just use a blunt instrument and don't stir too much, you don't have to beat up the batter too much...

Thanks so much. I'd forgotten that tip about adding the baking powder. Will do! So the packet makes one big pancakes (MF-speaking) or 3 small ones?..

I mix mine in the shaker jar with a little baking podwer. Then I spray a small glass dish with Pam, pour in the batter, and nuke for about 1 min 15 sec. Invert onto a plate and drizzle with a little WF syrup. It's like a muffin - yummy!..

I used someone else's suggestion and mixed mine with 2 tbl sf choco syrup and 1 tbl of water. Nuke for one minute and it flips right out. I made mine in a tupperware soup cup. It was kind of like a biscuit and good with the am coffee...

Should I be using PAM in the white, square container that comes with the Medifast brownie mix? I haven't yet and my brownie sure isn't popping out. Guess I'll try it...

No I have never used Pam for the brownie. The paper cup is pretty non-stick - I have never tried to turn the brownie out - I just eat it out of the paper dish...

I started making them in a mug with a bit of cinnamon and love them now!..

Use a coffee mug or a small ramikin.... I just got a sanwich press... I am going to probably try everything in that for awhile. LOL..

I mixed a little warm WF maple syrup into a bit of ff cream cheese and spread on top of my pancake. Was quite tasty...

If my pancakes were too runny, does that mean that I over beat it? I measured the water. I tried making pancakes today and it was horrible. It filled my skillet and tasted terrible. I tried the muffin concept and over nuked it. I will try that again..

I have used Pam spray with the Brownie and also used Microwave safe plastic wrap to line the little square pan. Both work well if I want to pop it out of the container to take on the go. Otherwise I just eat it out of the container...

Stargazer: Good idea. I can never get the brownie out. I just eat it with a spoon, but I like the idea of popping it out.

Lynnie: I only make muffins out of the pancakes. I have not tried to make a pancake out of it. I like the muffin too much to change it. Only shake it 5 times. Really...I am always tempted to give it another shake or two, but I don't and it's perfectly mixed when I pour it into the coffee mug. Just in case..you only mix the pancakes with 1/4 cup water (2 oz).

Complete failure...
