Got a quick question: Dukan Dieting for 2 weeks, and now craving candy like crazy?!?!?!? Many thanks for any response. 2nd question I got is.. Please give me an idea on how to make it taste better. Very congealed and yucky consistency, but we have about 5 of them from our AutoShip/Extra Week. HELP!!.

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I discover an useful answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably know..

I chop up some zucchini and onion, steam them in a little chicken broth or water and then add the chicken noodle soup...

I'll have to try those. The chicken soup is the only thing on the Advantage program I don't like, because it tastes like fish (obviously the Omega 3)..

I was on the Nourish program, and that was one of my favorite lunches, so I ordered a lot of them thinking they would taste the same. I think I'll try some of these ideas...

Thats funny I hated the chicken soup too and had such high hopes for it. I can't understand how anyone can mess up chicken soup?..

Well, the OLD Nourish Chicken Noodle soup USED to be pretty good then Dukan Diet changed it (before Advanced, with the fish oil, came out) and it just wasn't "right" - many complaints were posted and then there was the reformulation to add the fish oil - but, until recently, I didn't bother revisiting it since the comments seemed to indicate that it was still like the changed Nourish one....

I just had some of the Advanced version - came with an unexpected free week of food and while I didn't bother to taste it "as is" - it came out reasonably well with my addition of stock, mushrooms & chicken (but, I'll stick to the A La King for my lunch chicken soup, thank you very much)....

I remove it from the micro. container, put it in another container add more water, some spices: red pepper flakes and some cooked carrot slices (not canned), then some Mrs. Dash (original)..

Tastes good to me!.

As others have mentioned, I too add some ff chicken broth to the soup and cook it on the stove. It tastes good this way to me...

Can this prep be done ahead of time and then brought with me to work? shouldn't matter right? since the noodles are already really mushy hehe..

Sure put soup, broth and whatever else you want in your soup into container take to work and heat.

Chicken broth and curry powder. And if you want to include your lunch protein, some deli chicken or turkey meat. But you don't need that..

I won't eat the chicken soup at work because I can't doctor it - I save it for the weekend when I love it with the extra broth and curry powder...

I doctored mine up before and have it in a container to eat tomorrow... I added chicken broth, celery, celery seed, and some 'ficken' hehe it's what I call the veggie chicken lol.....

I guess I'm the oddball here. I like the chicken soup as is! The old version was in a gelatinous broth, but the new stuff is quite thin after heating - I'm not sure why yours is congealed...

In addition to the ff chicken broth I add 2 tsp green chili salsa. Makes a nice bowl of soup for a very cold day..

I put 3/4 cup of swanson low sodium chicken stock and 1 cut up carrot and a grab of fresh spinach and boil til carrot gets soft.....then add the Dukan Diet chicken soup and pepper it up and heat through I love it it's so yummy........i count this as 1- Dukan Diet lunch,,,,1 dairy(parm),,,,,,1 veg serving(carrot and spinach),,,,,,1 free food is the broth...

I cut up a FF turkey dog and add when I heat it for protein...

Mmm just had some of the chicken noodle soup added S&P, some water, some celery seed, some canned chicken, and powdered garlic and cooked it over the stove IT WAS YUMMY... probably could have bulked it up more with veggies but I wanted to try this other thing for veggies... diced broccoli and garlic and herb laughing cow cheese with 1 piece of well done turkey bacon crumbled on top... MMMMMMMMMMM..
