That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I bump into an decent answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could help you..
Because, not everyone sticks to it long enough to lose even a couple of pounds, much less 12...or 66...or 105, like I did..
That is a required disclaimer in any advertising for a weight-loss program. Ever seen Jenny Craig, or Weight Watchers, or BOW-FLEX ads? Notice they ALL say "Results Not Typical.".
Think of the number of LAWYERS in the country and you get an idea of why that has to be used. An idiot could order the box, sit it in a closet, not even open it, and sue the company for it "not working." Yup, it happens..
Ain't nothing typical in this world no mo'...
Every diet program is required to include the "results not typical disclaimer". No one can guarantee that you will lose weight - after all, some don't follow the program. It is just a legal thing..
If you continue looking, you will find pages with people losing 40, 50, 60, 100, even 200 pounds...
I know all three of those lovely ladies, by the way (I was there when that photo was taken!). They ain't typical, by any means, they ROCK.....
Pam lost 105 lbs.*.
I'm living proof: no matter what age.
You CAN lose weight on Nutrisystem!..
^^ Hey, I was there when that one was taken, too!..
And thus is the goal of maintenance...NEVER be typical.
