Yes sir! but you might want to make sure and wait for another person to confirm it as I am not completely sure. Better yet, why don't you contact the Nutrisystem guys because they can help better...
I credit Nutrisystem for having the opposite effect..
You're still in system-adjusting mode. I'm sure things will even out for you soon - for the BETTER. Tell your wife to look out!.
I agree with Gordon. Over the past month, I've definitely had more "energy." Also, being overweight causes men to hold more estrogen. Once you've adjusted, you'll notice you're old college drive coming back to you...
I don't think I would let once be a concern. One thing you will notice is that you will be longer, not so much fat to get through. You will also feel so much more s*Xy not having a big gut. Exercise will also be a benefit to you...
You are 40 and this is the first time this has happened to you?!! From my experience sex is definitely much better with 50+ pounds out of the equation. Its called skinny sex!.
When this happened to me it was usually because of stress and/or distraction. Switching diets can certainly be stressful but so can lots of other things, like trying to have a kid! Don't use this as an excuse to not to lose weight. You have made the right choice to be healthier, stick to it!..
I think your initial statement of "my wife is trying to get pregnant" says alot. Most guys that want a kid say "my wife and I are trying to get pregnant" or something..
Doesn't sound like you may be into the whole thing. You must be at least a little concerned about having a kid at 40. God knows I would be. You're not old but you're getting up there as far as child-rearing is concerned in my opinion..
Talk to the little Mrs. (she's younger than you, huh?)..
I'm glad you said that, I thought that sounded strange..
Maybe it's not NS, but emotional/psychological..
More to the point, DH has been on Nutrisystem and done well and I agree with the above posters that it's only made things better..
I have been married for over 20 years, I would be happy for the chance!! LOL! I am only kidding. Take a multivitamin twice a day (once in morning and one at night) while on the diet. This will help with stamina!..
