Hi adoll99! What do you mean by menus? Are you talking about the best complimentary sides (veggies & fruit) to use for certain entrees? I wold recommend trying out some of the recipes from the recipe club!..

It does take some planning. And some getting used to..

No, but I would suggest you create your own, write down a day's routine (plan) and stay with it if it works. For the first 3 years on NS, I always planned my days in advance.......I'd line up the Nutrisystem meals for a week in advance and then that day, all I had to do was add to them..
Hi! I don't think they have pre-planned menus because there are so many combinations of things you can do. No guarantee that you'll like the same things I do, but here are some of my favorite combinations:.
BREAKFAST: Double Chocolate Muffin, 8oz nonfat milk, any fruit..
Or: Orange Cranberry Pastry, nonfat yogurt, any fruit.
Or: 3/4 cup blueberries, Nutrisystem creal on top, yogur on top; stir it up.
LUNCH: Pasta Alfredo Pasta with Broccoli, 2 oz of canned shrimp as your protein, broccoli or green beans added to that and heated all together; salad with as many unlimited vegetables as you want.
Or: Huge salad of unlimited vegetables with eigher Nutrisystem Chicken Salad or Nutrisystem Tuna Salad on top; 1 cooked vegetable of your choice, and V8 to drink.
AFTERNOON SNACK: any fruit mixed with yogurt.
Or: lettuce or other greens; 2oz canned shrimp or crab, listed amount of Mandarin oranges or canned pineapple. Makes a good little salad snack.
DINNER: At this point, my 2 favorite dinner entres are:.
Wedged Potatoes with Sliced Beef Steak.
Penne Pasta with Chicken in Alfredo sauce.
A good salad is spinach, strawberries, and almonds with fat free dressing.
Then you can have two cooked vegetables or 1 cooked vegetable and V8 to drink..
DESSERT: Anything you chose from NS. If you want only 4oz of milk i.e. with breakfast instead of the full 8, you can have the other 4oz with your dessert at night. I love heating a Fudge Brownie and dipping it in milk. Oreo's, eat your heart out!..
