Yup, but you might wanna make sure and wait for another commenter to confirm this as I am not very confident. Better yet, why don't you email the Verisign guys because they can give you help better...
Maybe the webhost updated php version and/or mysql version..
I have now oscommerce2.2-MS2..
And my webhost have change the php to the version 4.3.9(zend:1.3.0), and mysql to 4.1.22.
But they did it two month ago, and until last week, everything seems to work fine...
I also have this error when I look for the pending orders, and is empty..
1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '-20, 20' at line 1.
Select o.orders_id, o.customers_name, o.delivery_city, o.payment_method, o.date_purchased, o.shipdate, o.last_modified, o.currency, o.currency_value, s.orders_status_name, ot.text as order_total from orders o left join orders_total ot on (o.orders_id = ot.orders_id), orders_status s where o.orders_status = s.orders_status_id and s.language_id = '3' and s.orders_status_id = '1' and ot.class = 'ot_total' order by o.orders_id DESC limit -20, 20..
How can I change it?.
I only can chage the files permissions, but not the owners/groups permissions..
Sorry, I thought you where talking about something else..
I have change all the permissions, and it does not work..
I am having a big problem with my oscommerce. I have been with oscommerce since 2003, and this is the first time that I have a big problem. When I want to make a backup it says: Error backup directory does not exist..
This directory is there, and all the backups that I have made are in. But my web page does not see them..
This problem ocurr also with the modules. I do not have any module, and nobody can make an order..
Please, I need help.
Check the folder permisions / owners/groups and make sure your webserver can access them. Note what they are and try to change to 755 / 777 and test if it is working...
