As soon as I wake up, when I get home from work, usually about 7:30 in the evening and the last time right before bed..
I wouldn't miss it for the world and I think this schedule has me feeling really relaxed throughout the day without interfering with work or sleep..
I think everyone should make sure they do it multiple times through the dayeven if it's only for a few minutes. In many ways it seems best to have shorter sessions than just one long one during the day. If you just do it for a long time once it seems more like work and it can be really exhausting in my opinion..
