My favorite is those 60 calorie Jell-O puddings. I'll dip apple slices in a caramel one or a banana in a chocolate one, sooooo yummy!..
Very tasty, but NOT really appropriate for Dukan Diet purposes unfortunately unless you've found a way to add more protein to the 60 cal pudding cups, they do NOT qualify as a dairy/protein serving which should be 100 cal or less, have 3 grams fat or less and AT LEAST 7 grams of protein....
There is a recipe for an orange julius that is so good..
1/2 c. Orange juice.
1 c. vanilla yogurt.
5-6 Ice cubes.
1 packet splenda.
Blend for a great snack or part of breakfast.
Counts as 1 fruit, 1 protein..

I had tuna and cranberry juice this morning. You could try some cottage cheese with cherries, too, if you like that...
