Quick question: Does anyone think the new monthly cards at Nutrisystem is worth the price? Hoping for any response. Second question.. I've been on the Nutrisystem plan for 2 weeks and have only lost 3 lbs. I am very disappointed..

Yep, however you might want to make sure and wait for another member to confirm this as I am not quite sure. Better yet, why don't you e-mail the Nutrisystem guys because they can help better...

We all lose at different rates. You really need to read PamSB's page which is packed with great before and after pictures, advice, etc. She lost over 100 pounds onNutrisystembut did not lose anything the first two weeks:.

Keep working the program. Increase your water intake. Call the counselors. Keep thinking positively. Do the Mindset Makeover lessons. Believe you will achieve...

Hang in there gr8tgma, in my third week I've lost the most so far. I have kicked up my cardio a bit now too and that seems to be the difference in satisfying my impatience...

I startedNutrisystem4 weeks ago and also lost only 1 lb per week for the first 2 weeks. I was disappointed too but when I redid my measurements I had lost inches and could tell my clothes were fitting different..

On the 3rd week I lost 3 lbs; last week I lost 2 lbs. And I've lost a total of 10 inches..

Give your body a chance to figure out what you're trying to get it to do..

I'm almost 50 and our bodies don't react as fast as when we were younger. When I was 30, I could lose 5 lbs in a week without doing anything... it's a lot harder now..

Hang in there. Keep to the plan. Drink your water. Are you doing any kind of exercise? I try to walk 1-2 miles per day depending on how busy I am..

I only ever lost about 1.5lbs a week, but I lost as much as I wanted to lose and then some. I've kept it off now for a month, and I'm going strong. It's not how *fast* you lose. You are the only keeping track of thatit's not a race. It's about learning healthy habits and making a change for a better and healthier life..

Just this morning, some of my coworkers told me how "fantastic" I look (their words). It felt really good.Nutrisystemworks. You just have to be patient...

I can't imagine under any circumstances, why you are upset with losing 3 lbs in two weeks! Average weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week and that is exactly what you did. Congratulations!!!..

I only lost a pound a week, but today, someone asked me "what size are you, a zero?" (No, a 2/4, but do have a few zeroes). Absolutely nothing would be different in my life if I had gotten to this size a few months sooner, except that my weight loss would have probably been less healthy and I would have gotten less use out of the clothes I bought in the intermediate sizes. We didn't get heavy overnight, and can't get skinny overnight either...
