Got a question... Does anyone know where I can find free Nutrisystem point guides? Many thanks for any response. My other question... I joined a gym yesterday and tomorrow I start my first day back in the gym. I'm following a book called "The Body Sculpting Bible for Men: The Way to Physical Perfection". I followed this book back in 2005 and I seen results even though my diet was not perfect.

So I'm going back at it with this book to get me started back in the gym and get back in the rhythm..

Anyone else starting something new this week?..

Best bet is to start walking to get in the motion. As long as you keep moving your body is burning calories. At work I take the stairs, I walk all around the yard, at lunch sometime I walk up the street and back. I also stay busy with the Bronco so I don't think about eating, so pick up a hobby that keeps your mind off food. Walk around the yard, get off the couch and chair and do something! That's about the gist of it..

Also follow your food guide to a T, don't leave anything out or you will be hungry late at night...

When I first started working out I could barely get in 20 min on the treadmill at 3mph. Now I am doing the couch to 5k training program I just completed week 3. Aafter I complete that program, I am thinking about the P90X program, if I can work the time into each day...

Gyms in this rinky-dink town are expensive and you have to sign a contract, etc. That is why I have just put the mountain bike to use until the lousy weather (meaning fog) hits soon...

I actually gotten into a nice gym, along with it's 24 hrs so I can workout anytime I want to..

They are also opening a Anytime Fitness gym in Odessa, TX so when I go home for holidays I can still workout. It was a win-win for me to join this gym, plus since it's new they had a special going and I didn't have to pay the enrollment fee and it only cost $41 a month. I did have to sign a 18 months contract and cancellation is $50 with a 30 days notice. It depends on your area but this was the deal they offered here..

Day 1 went good, I was feeling the burn after working out as I did cardio and weight lifting. Today was arm, chest, and back. Tomorrow is Leg, I'm there is another body part but can't remember right now without the book. Then Wednesday it's Upper and lower abs. Cardio is done every day...

WTG Madison.........I just got home from an 8 mile bike ride, dodging traffic, etc in 44 minutes. My legs are burning abit, infact....now time to hit the rubber bands for some strength work......

The gym I belong to sometime back had a termination fee of $150 but my monthly was only $28, being I am a Senior +65. I let it run out, as I wasnt going now, but that was months before I started this Nutrisystem and now kinda wish I kept it, but to renew it would be $150 again, nope..........
