First off, Does anyone know the original recipe to Nutrisystem vegetable soup? Looking forward for any answer. Second question.. Well, tomorrow will be a week on the Nutrisystem plan. I am going to weigh in in the morning and am a little nervous. I have followed the plan exactly and have worked out 5 of the last seven days. I wonder if I will lose anything? How much did you guys lose in your first week?..

Do you think it's better to weigh weekly? I was considering only weighing on the day I get my new box, maybe a bigger loss will be motivation? lol..

It is up to you. You can't be a slave to the scale and let it influence you sticking to the program. Initially, I would suggest weighing in at least two weeks into the plan. You want to make sure that you are seeing some weight loss (not everyone loses in weeks one and two) and if not, you don't want to let a whole month go before you call and get help from a counselor. Of course if you see other signs of weight loss, such as your clothes fitting better, may not be a need to hop on the scale..

Everyone starting the program should call a counselor and go over the meal plan to make sure they understand the program, what add-ins are appropriate and that you are following the plan correctly. So often people post that they are following it to a "T" and then when we probe more we find out that they are skipping foods, not drinking the water or eating items not on plan...
