Yup, but... you might wanna make sure and wait for another member here to confirm this as I am not very confident. Better yet, why don't you e-mail the Dukan Diet guys because they can answer you better...
Haven't made any for a while but when I did I used a dairy serving and used.
Skim milk. A lot tastier than water. Add a dash of fat free cool whip after it.
Has chilled a bit..
Best of luck on your weight loss journey. M..
I like it either frozen or just the way it is. It's actually my favorite of the Dukan Diet desserts (I ordered 12 or so this month). So my suggestion would be ....
Send them to me!!..
I add a dash of nutmeg and a little cinnamon (does something to the weird chocolate taste) and then I also chill or freeze and top with FF redi whip..
I have added a tsp of cocoa powder too and that also helps the taste...
Have you seen the recipe for the ooey gooey chocolate puffs?..
Did you check out Lynn (Graylady) blog? There are hundreds of recipes there. You can even make cookies out of the mix...
I actually did see the recipe for that one....it didn't really jump out at me though...
Where do I find that? Just search for her member page?..
I just add peanut butter to mine...my fat serving. LOVE IT..
And, as someone else mentioned, refrigerate for about an hour..
For starters, I use almond milk for the liquid. I also have added half a fruit measure of raspberries to the mixture and refrigerated it. It think it is like the eggsit improves as it sits...
I make Chocolate Mousse with the pudding:.
I add 1 tbs cocoa, 1 tsp vanilla, the water suggested on the package and mix well. When thickened I add 1 TBS F.F. topping and fold in. chill. You can top with another TBS topping if you wish...

1 pkg. Dukan Diet Chocolate Pudding mix.
1 tbs. egg substitute.
1 1/2 tbs. chocolate fat free soy milk.
Combine all ingredients, add more soy milk if desired. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 15 min. They puff up on outside into balls and inside is warm and gooey chocolate...
I use peanut butter (fat serving), Davinci rasberry syrup, 2 packets of splenda, keep in fridge for an hour or so, then 1/2 banana sliced on top when ready to eat...
Grate Some Orange Peel Int It. I Use The Milk Though Instead Of Water AND CHILL FOR AN HOUR OR MORE EVEN OVERNIGHT ONCE BECAUSE I FORGOT ABOUT IT..
I make it using the directions on the package, then put it in the fridge for maybe 10 minutes. Before eating I'll add 20 cal worth of FF whipped cream, and just mix it in, kind of like a mousse..
I like the cinnamon and nutmeg idea though:-)..
My favorite as well. I've noticed we have similar tastes. Sometimes I save part of a protein and make the pudding using 1/4 cup of water and half of a fat free cappuccino yogurt, then chill and top with SF whipped cream. Mmm..
This is my favorite dessert too.
I make the pudding with ice water (it sets up really fast)..
After mixing the pudding with the water, I add 1/2 c. plain NF Yogurt (even if you don't like NF plain yogurt, you won't taste it). It makes the pudding like a chocolate mousse..
I chill in the freezer until set..
Top with raspberries or blackberries........YUMMY!..
I love seeing how some of us use the Chocolate Pudding to make our own version of Chocolate Mousse. There is nothing like chocolate huh girls?..
