Yes sir! although you might want to make sure and wait for another person here to confirm this as I am not confident. Better yet, why don't you ask the Nutrisystem guys because they can give you an answer better...
That guy is a friggin scumbag..
Makes my knees hurt with him on my back all day..
Yeah, I think he lost a bit of his ass this week..
Thanks for the encouragement...
Do what you can. Do not get discouraged endurance will come (distance and speed or time spent riding) will get easier the more you ride..
YOU CAN DO IT!!!..
Do what you can - can what you do - sit on the can!.
That's my plan, man...
Awesome man! Great first week loss. I lost 12 my first week so you beat me!..
That's a huge loss congrats!.
On a side note, I bought a bike a couple months ago. Not a cheap bike, but a good one from a bike store. I told them that I was worried about my weight and the bike and he assured me that it would be ok. So I haven't ridden the bike much, but today I decided I would go everyday as part of my exercise program. I got a ways from my house and as I was going up a hill....the peddle broke. Not just the peddle part but the whole arm attached to the peddle..
Pretty disheartening. I can take it back to the bike shop and they said they would give me free labor for the life of the bike. However, I wonder if they will tell me that I will have to lose weight so my bike won't break...
You broke your crank?! I think I'd be pretty darn proud of myself if I put out enough power to snap a crank! What kind of bike are you riding?..
