My first question is Does anyone have any great yummy Nutrisystem recipes? Looking forward for any comment. Another question I got... Not sure where to post this, so if in the wrong area, please let me know which subheading I should be posting..

Night time is the hardest part of the day for me. Especially after I get the kids in bed..

Does anyone want to use this thread to support each other and "talk" so that we don't eat?.

Hope I end up with some buddies..

Ye, however you might want to make sure and wait for another person here to confirm my answer as I am not very confident. Better yet, why don't you e-mail the Nutrisystem guys because they can give you an answer better...

Eating the dessert a couple of hours before dinner and saving the "afternoon snack" for a couple of hours after dinner made staying on the plan easier for me. Greek yogurt/or some turkey & an apple kept me much more satisfied at night than eating the desserts..

What an excellent idea!.

Tammy, I'm on here almost every night and I live on the west coast, so when those east coasters are going to bed, I'm still going strong. I'll be happy to check in here and lend support..

I love Joanne's suggestion. My afternoon snack everyday is vanilla Greek yogurt over berries (strawberries, blackberries, or raspberries) and it would be so satisfying as a dessert, too. The yogurt has 16g of protein, so it lasts a while!.

Purple R: Use that same afternoon snack and put a tablespoon of Sugar Free Jello Cheesecake Pudding mix in it and you will be in heaven.....

Here is an idea for your wanting something more in the evening:.

Have NONE of the free foods during the day (up to 3 items, no more than 20 calories). Save them all for the evening..



Sugar Free Popsicle (15 calories) or the fantastic Schwans Pop (15 calories).

Sugar Free Jello (up to 15 calories) with 1 Tablespoon 5 calorie topping.

1 cup air-popped or light/natural microwave popcorn (20 calories).

Have one an hour on the hour. Have the dessert an hour or so after dinner..

I just had you eating for 5 hours in the evening.....

Well, I'm an east-coaster that stays up pretty late, so I'm usually around up to 1 or 2am EST. So I'll be watching this thread!..

This is a fantastic idea.

Even though I live in South Florida, I would love to join this night time thread. My most difficult time is at night...can't seem to fill up.
