Quick question... Does anyone have any good snack ideas for the Nutrisystem diet? Hoping for any response. My other question... I am on month two. Loving it but hit a snag..

I started my monthly visitor and am sticking to the plan but am exhausted and want nothing more then to eat eat eat. I need help? How do other women handle this issue?.

Please help...

You betcha! although you might wanna make sure and wait for another member here to confirm it as I am unsure. Better yet, why don't you e-mail the Nutrisystem guys because they can give you an answer better...

Diet Root Beer is satisfying too. Spread your food out more, make use of free foods and unlimited veggies. Max out your dairy/protein servings. Read a book or take a walk if you have too...

My cravings during that time are nearly always chocolate and most often chocolate w/mint related. Luckily, I have a great variety ofNutrisystemitems that meet the need.

However, there are times when I get "snack attacks" that have me needing something to munch/crunch all the time. I often get celery or carrot sticks for those times, and I always take extra iron and a calcium supplement to replenish what is lost and limit the cravings. You might want to try the supplements because cravings are usually your body's way of telling you it needs something it's not getting...

I usually eat my sugar free jello with FF cool whip,it helps alot!and those chocolates deserts. I don't know if you eat lunch bars,but those help too!!!!..

Meir isn't really a craving but a deep desire to just eat. I don't really want any one type but to just consume. Sigh. I made it thur yesterday now for today. Thanks for the input and support...

When I crave chocolate (I mean more chocolate thanNutrisystemsnacks), I make a mug of hot cocoa. I use this hershe's backing cocoa (10cal/tbsp- but I only use 2teas spoons).

, with hot water and splenda. I used to drink this beforeNutrisystemas well. Actually where I grew up, backing cocoa was the only chocolate available. I liked it then, I like it now. If is tasty and filling - try it!..

Unlimited veggies! If what your needing is just to put something in your mouth to chew, eat a bunch of unlimted veggies..

You could also spread out your meals a bit more and add the veggies with them... Breakfast entree with fruit, then an hour later have protein (egg beaters) with veggies. Have a salad a little later, then lunch entree with another salad (watch the dressing, though)... but you get the idea. You don't have to eat every "meal" all at once. Spread it out over the day so that you feel like you're eating all the time...
