Got a quick question: Does anyone have an old Nutrisystem recipe please? Thanks for any comment. Second question of mine... Well folks, I'm back to give it another try. It's been a few years and I put all the weight back on. I'm giving the new Nutrisystem Select menu a try. I am determined to make my goal weight of 175 this time.

I hope to engage in some good conversation and debate again...

The answer is Yes, but you might want to make sure and wait for another commenter to confirm this as I am on the fence. Better yet, why don't you contact the Nutrisystem guys because they can give you help better...

Who would win in a Battle Royale? Yoda or Miaggi?..

Welcome back Steelhead. Good luck on your second go round...

Come to think of it I think Miaggi actually said ".

No try.

- DO!".

You're prolly right about the Yoda quote..

He was more of a "try not" kinda dude..

I don't think either would win a fight as they're both dead..

But Yoda's ghost would certainly scare the crap outta the ref..

So he gets a slight edge...

Welcome back Steelhead. Let's get you weight on your board. Where are you starting, what is your goal?..

I'm a two time loser too... From looking at your join date (as well as robert_c) I think we were all here back in the day too. I have noticed a little less antagonism here on the boards from the last time around. I remember getting hazed when I first posted last time. It took me about 3 years to gain the full 40 lbs back (mostly in the last year or so). Its a bit of a double edged sword knowing that Nutrisystem is here and the weight will come off. Good luck this time around and hopefully the lessons will sink in a little better for both of us...

Antagonism is bad..

Unclagonism is ok though..

Yes, and welcome...

Yea curb. I joined and tried quite a few years ago. I did well until I had my heart attack (myocardial infarction). My former wife and other family members convinced me to go off the plan while I recovered. After that it was hard to get motivated. I've been carrying around 260#s for the last two years.

So it's time to try and reach 175 again. A friend of mine in WA is doing the Medifast and I'm doing NS. Kinda like competing with each other..

I'm starting out at 265#s and hope to reach 175 by Dec. My primary for now is, 200#s by July when I go back to NC to visit family, and hang out at Topsail Beach for 2 weeks...

You'll be there soon, just keep kicking Marty's ass..

I know a couple of people who are doing medifast, but I really do think that Nutrisystem is better because it will teach you, if you want to learn, how to eat a responsible and balanced diet. I even have a co-worker who is doing the HCG diet which I think is a fad and can be a bit dangerous..

Yea. I ordered the MF diet and could not stomach the taste of their food. I tried the blueberry oatmeal and the lemon meringue pie crunch bar. It tasted like I was eating sawdust. <insert puking smiley here> I am sending the package back for a refund after trying just two of their foods. I KNOW for a fact that Nutrisystem food tastes wayyyy better than MF.

They do not provide you with a daily entree like Nutrisystem does. Besides that, MF is more expensive than Nutrisystem by $10.00 a month plus shipping. I am glad to be coming back to NS. I already know that the system works. You just have to make a commitment to change your eating habits for life...
