First off, Do you know any Dukan Diet recepies for a calorie based Dukan Diet? Hoping for any comment. Second question of mine... I found this copycat recipe for Arby's JaMocha Shake. It is already.

Low-fat.

, but how could I make it to fit the Nutrisystem Program? Don't know the Calories. Then how would I count it, Snack?, Dairy/Pro? Don't Know..

There is less than 1 G fat per serving..

SERVES 2.

Ingredients.

1 cup cold.

Coffee.

1/2 cup.

1% low-fat milk.

(Maybe sub skim milk?).

3 tablespoons.

Equal sugar substitute.

(or Splenda).

3 cups.

Fat free vanilla ice cream.

(Maybe sub FF/no sugar?.

).

What about Carbs/Calories! (each would.

Still have.

54 carbs/210 calories just from ice-cream).

3 tablespoons hershey's.

Light chocolate syrup.

Directions.

Combine coffee, milk, and sugar in a blender and mix on medium speed for 15 seconds until sugar is dissolved..

Add ice cream, and chocolate syrup, then blend on high speed until smooth and creamy..

Makes 2 shakes..

Note: You can make this recipe, and freeze half for later if you wish...

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I find an decent answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably know..

I was worried about the Ice-cream myself, but didn't know if there could be some other sub. Or maybe and entirely new recipe that would mimic the taste...

By the way I make a fairly adequate mocha shake with the Dukan Diet hot cocoa mix, cold coffee (instead of water for the cocoa mix), a lot of ice & some WF no-cal choc syrup.

And it counts as either Dukan Diet dessert OR a dairy/protein serving (since the Dukan Diet hot cocoa mix has under 100 cal's and over 7 gr protein) and the coffee & syrup haven't noticeable calories ....

Or you could try the ff/sf hot cocoa mixes (there are some that are 25 cal per pkg, a bit more than "free food" but to my mind, close enough if you are careful with other free foods in the day), mix with coffee instead of water & blend with ice or use coffee & milk (or yogurt) to have dairy/protein serving, blend with ice.

Think about trying?.

I second GrayLady's suggestions. I don't drink coffee often, and when I do it's the "good stuff". At work they provided hot chocolate (both regular and SF) and Maxwell House (EWWWW). However, one big mug + package of SF hot chocolate + crappy coffee = decent mocha. Hey, when you need the caffeine and can't go get decent coffee, you work with what you got LOL..

I can totally see some coffee (maybe a couple of tablespoons of STRONG coffee - or espresso) + SF hot chocolate packet + yogurt + some ice making a pretty good mocha "smoothie"..

Dang it, I'm gonna have to break down and order a Magic Bullit - couldn't find one this weekend while I was out and about......

I think I may have come up with a substitute. Not sure if it counts as Snack/Dessert or Protein/Dairy. Would like for someone to look at it and let me know..

My Mocha Shake.

C. FF vanilla yogurt.

C. skim milk.

4 pkgs. Equal.

1 tsp. instant DeCaf coffee.

1 TBLS. Sugar Free Hersheys Chocolate.

Ice Cubes.

Put all ingredients into a Magic Bullet or Blender with enough Ice Cubes to make about 12 oz..

Mix in Machine and serve..

Calories 102.

Carbs 14.

Fat 0.

Protein 8..

Did you ever see Bunnies ice cream recipe? I wonder if you could use that and add coffee and make a shake instead of ice cream?..
