Hi All,.

I was rolling along, thinking I was doing everything right and now Im not sure...can somebody take a look at one of my days?.

I think I am screwing up my proteins...I know this has been answered before but I think I screwed myself up yet again by looking through old posts and looking at the tracker online....I usually use sparkpeople to track my cals....

Breakfast:.

1/2 grapefruit.

NS harvest bar.

6 oz fage nonfat yogurt with some splenda/vanilla extract.

Lunch:.

NS chicken noodle soup.

2 oz. Boars head reduced sodium turkey.

Salad with Walden farms ff dressing.

Snack:.

12 cherries.

1 cheesehead light cheese stick (I dont normally have 2 dairy in a day) so sometimes I have turkey or ham, usually go by the guidelines Pam has given for a serving.

Dinner:.

NS entree - pizza.

Steamed Broccoli - approx.

Strawberries (1 1/4 cup - I ususally choose this over another veggie).

Desert:.

15 pistachios (fat).

NS desert.

Sometimes I use 4 TBS Pb2 for fat/protein serving....

My question is, does this look okay ? AND, does anybody use another fruit at dinner instead of the extra vegetable?.

Am I right in that 4 TBS of PB2 = 1 fat and a protein?.

And, I work some weird schedules with my job, I might not have that fruit/fat/desert till later at night....I have heard mixed reviews, some say not to eat late, others say it's not the time, it's the cals in the day....any thoughts?.

Oh, and lastly, I have read people measuring out their fruits....does anybody have the list of ounces or what each serving of fruit is? I have that for protein/dairy and such but not for fruits....

Thank you all for your time!..

You need to be eating all the added foods listed in your planner (veggies, fruit, dairy/protein, fat). Just eating Nutrisystem foods is not enough calories or nutrients. Call a counselor at Nutrisystem and go over the program...

Get our your meal planner book and start filling in the circles. You day should look similar to the one that was just posted. There are many protein and fruit options and eat all those veggies. You must eat the add ins...
