This happened to me before, try to empty your catch folder if you have one. For me I was using something like thumbnails contribution that stores the catch and I had to delete the catch manually...
My catch folder? what did you mean? my favorities? from my local machine?.
The thing is some of the products are able to be deleted, however other just don't.
But I checked both configure.php files and they are just fine.
