Today is day two of Nutrisystem and so far really happy. I was so afraid after eating all day yesterday that when I got on the scales today I would have gained. I could not believe I had lost 1.6 lbs last night. My first goal was to be under 200 by next week but I may make it before then. I started at 203.6 and as of this morning I was at 201.8. I have ate according to plan all day to and haven't felt the first hunger pain.

My only problem is my Grandaughter wants to eat all my food!!.

That is really amazing! To me it seems like people are droping pounds like nothing! I on the other hand am waiting for my first month of food good luck and youll make it to your goal forsure!.

Evening going good so far. My problem is I am not hungry at all and I know I have to eat. I never thought I would be saying that..

Debntexas, that's great! But please...don't get on the scale more than once a week. Pick a day (I picked the day I started) to weigh, and then just get on the scales once per week. Your weight can fluctuate so much (esp. women's!) that a small gain or plateau can be a bummer and discouraging to you.

Keep up the great work! Nutrisystem really works!.

I agree about picking a day to weigh, I've done that before and watching your weight yo-yo really sucks. My weigh-in day is Sunday morning right now, but might change it to Monday Morning..
