Critique my Nutrisystem meals?

I feel like I know what I am doing, but them begin to question myself....can someone help me out with my food intake for a day?.

Breakfast: Nutrisystem Apple/Cinnamon oatmeal.

4oz FF milk.

1/2 cup applesauce.

3 graham cinnamon graham crackers.

(I have over 100lbs to lose).

Lunch: Nutrisystem Fettuccini Alfredo.

1/3 cup edamame beans.

1 LC wedge (I do count the 35 calorie wedge as my free food).

Lettuce/green pepper/cucumber/carrot salad with FF dressing.

Pear.

Snack: FF cottage cheese.

1/2 banana.

Dinner: Nutrisystem Meatloaf/mashed potatos.

2 cups of cauliflower.

2 cups lettuce.

1/4 cup each of varied salad veggies...cukes, celery, carrots, peppers, radishes....whatever I have on hand and cleaned.

1 oz. FF cheese.

1 Tbs. sunflower seeds.

2 Tbs. FF salad dressing.

A low GI carb.

Snack: Nutrisystem dessert.

I am typically averaging between 1500-1600 calories a day.

Yes, as sherilyn said, the Dairy/Protein is missing from breakfast. The milk with the cereal does not count as the Dairy/Protein...

I thought the breakfast serving was missing, but if you look closely she had one with dinner. So everything seems to be in order...

Oops, sorry. I do not use cheese, so wrongly assumed that that was a 20 calorie or less free food. What are the stats of that cheese?..

And I messed up with the edamame... thinking veggie when it was a protein. I should know better since I eat them myself...

Oh, don't get me wrong, I LOVE cheese...full fat, lots of it...BUT, I don't use or eat cheese as a Protein/Dairy on NutriSystem (and since I'm 100% NutriSystem, 24/7, I just don't "do" cheese...)..

I like bulk in my servings (same reason I don't use milk as a Dairy/Protein). I like the bulk of cottage cheese or yogurt, for example. A wee amount of fat free cheese? Nope...

I agree with you Pam, re: bulk. I started out Nutrisystem using string cheese in the afternoon as my protein, now I do a veggie burger. I use to eat a hard boiled egg as protein for breakfast, now I eat cottage cheese. The more food I can eat, the merrier I am :-)..

Oops..my fault, I left out that I did have egg beaters for breakfast, with some hot sauce.

I am on the Women's plan with more than 100 lbs. to lose...

In that case it would appear you had an extra dairy/protein. You don't get one of those at dinner..

Caveat I'm not that familiar with the 100+ to lose, but I think the only difference is the carb servings...
