It sounds like you did the very best you could with the situation. I can't imagine the limited carbs you ate would kick you out of ketosis. If you're back OP 100% today, I think your week will be just fine. Good for you avoiding the temptations!..
It sounds like you might have been a little high on fat, (nuts, cheese, avocados) but probably not carbs. Artichokes are too high in carbs to be appropriate for 5&1, but the tiny amount you had probably aren't a major concern..
Sometimes you are in situations where you are out of control, so you have to wing it and make the best choices possible. Great job staying away from the desserts and bread!!..
The main thing is you had the mind set to stay on program and do the best you could program. With all that temptation, you still made great choices. You will be just fine. If anything, your carbs and calories were below what they are supposed to be even if the fat was a little higher than usual. I think you did an awesome job. It is not easy to be in that situation...
I agree with these ladies; you did the best you could, given the situation, and since it was a thank-you dinner, you don't want to be rude and not eat anything. So, all in all, I think you did okay. Like jbonner said, maybe a little high on fat, but if carbs were still relatively low, you should be okay. I would log everything in so you can see exactly what it totaled. Start a new day 100%, and you'll be fine!..

Great job, you were very aware of what you ate. I totally get not wanting to say you are on Medifast, I am not comfortable doing that either. I'm also happy to hear nobody was food pushing. That is SO hard!.
