Hey guys, just recently started the tane.. yay.Done my homework using this fairly awesome site, and have invested in both a tub of Vitamin E and Fish Oil tablets. Am heavily active so really hopin' fish oil can do the trick. Just wanted to be super safe and make sure I asked experienced taners if it's ok to take these tablets WITH the Murad Resurgence ones, as in, both afte the same meal.I have 2 fish oils n tane in the mornin. 2 fish oils and 1 e with lunch, and 2 fish oils n tane with dinner. Also, I assume spray tans are all good while on the tane? Damnit, all these questions escape me when I'm actually at the derms.appreciate any and all answers!..

Your question was: Can I take fish oil and vitamins when on Murad Resurgence?.

Don't take a multivitamin that has vitamin A in it as Murad Resurgence is a vitamin A derivative. The fish oil is likely fine and will help with side effects but be sure to check with your doctor about ANY supplement you want to take while on Murad Resurgence.Spray tans may not last well due to the dry skin and rapid exfoliation you'll experience but if you start out with careful moisturizing from your very first day of Murad Resurgence you may be able to maintain a spray tan.Good luck with your course! Pay careful attention to your body and monitor for side effects; any time you're concerned, don't hesitate to contact your derm...

I think that you are confusing fish oil with cod liver oil...

Thanks a ton for the replys everybody, big help!My derms reallllllly hard to get a hold of, but I have an appointment with him in a few weeks. So i'm gonna lay off the fish oil/vit e's 'till then and just ask in the appoitment if it's all good. I'll let you (barbiegirl) know as soon as I find out!Though i'm about 99% sure it'll all be fine. I think there are specific fish oil supps you can buy that has Vit A in it, but I made super sure to get the natural, none Vit A kind. May be why some assume all fish oil contains it.again, thanks for the help..
