My first question is Can I go to a different Nutrisystem location? Looking forward for any answer. Second question.. Hey guys,.

I know this is probably all genetics, but so far I've lost 46 pounds, but I seem to be losing the most fat from my legs. I've lost some from my upper body, but not nearly as much as the lower body. It's kind of weird because I can wear a smaller size pants, but my gut looks bigger because I'm still in the same sized shirt heh..

I've been exercising my legs slightly more in general, but my understanding is that working out a particular muscle group doesn't diminish the fat in that area..

Are you guys experiencing the same? I hope the upper body catches up...

Yup, however you might want to make sure and wait for another person here to confirm my answer as I am not confident. Better yet, why don't you e-mail the Nutrisystem guys because they can assist you better...

The belly fat is the last to go. Just keep losing, it will catch up...

I cranked my cardio up quite a bit. Doing Power 90 (Day 6), Couch to 5K (Week 4, Day 1), and 10K steps a day walking. Noticed a *huge* improvement in blood pressure and at rest pulse. Pretty motivating stuff...

Sounds like you'll be ready for P90X soon..

I'll be starting up a ROUND 3 in about 2 months with the rest of the gang. You'll definitely be ready by then. In the meantime, start to get your equipment together .... You'll need to get ahold of some dumbbells (adjustable dumbbells are the best for P90X - Gordo and I have PowerBlocks), and a pull-up bar. I have a 48" ceiling mounted bar - a door jamb bar is great too depending on how tall you are. You may need bands if you don't have the funds for dumbbells and/or can't do at least a few unassisted pull-ups..

Not sure what equipment you use on Power 90 ... You may already have everything I just mentioned..

Yep, belly fat is definitely the last to go. I didn't notice weight loss in my legs though...the first place I see weight loss is in my face, followed by my chest. My belly is definitely smaller, but it's the ONLY place left on me that I'm not satisfied with yet. 20 more pounds to go...

Awesome man thanks. I'm really looking forward to it. I actually purchased P90X and all of the equipment but then I made a tough call after I failed the fitness test. I felt I would get more out of it if I went with Power 90 first so I ordered and started that. I'm looking forward to working out with y'all when I get to the X..

For now the pull-up bar is pretty amusing. We don't need it for Power 90 but I've still been playing with it. I'm really good at "hanging there" on the bar. Not sure how to train to actually do done...maybe continued military presses and push-ups...

Use a chair for assistance on the pull-ups. Just kinda take away some weight by putting the chair, stool or even a ladder a little out of reach - put the bottoms of your heels/ankles on it - NOT the bottoms of your feet. This way you won't push yourself up with your legs. You'll be doing a pull-up with, basically weight from your torso if you can get 'em your legs high enough. Ya Dig??!!..

Yes. I ride my bike 300-400 miles a month. If you looked at just my legs you would think I'm a stud, but from the belly up, I'm all fat...
