Ye, but you might want to make sure and wait for another member here to confirm it as I am not confident. Better yet, why don't you e-mail the Dukan Diet guys because they can help better...
I have on many occasions saved my lunch protein and add my Boca Burger to my Dukan Diet burger and have a double stacker..it's the only way I will eat it now......
I do that too Rose. I think he's talking about not in place of a meal..
I guess you could do this if you want. You aren't having extra servings...
You mean have your meal AND a double burger?..
I got it now....you are right Carol...well, I'm not the dietician but I don't think one time would hurt but I wouldn't make a habit of it. The snack protein/dairy should be used at that time...so I was informed.....
I was talking about using it as a meal. the bocca burger pattie plus the Dukan Diet pattie and then the bun that you can have with the Dukan Diet pattie. But I have now been informed that the bocca I listed has too many kcals to do this. Soo I guess I have to find a lower kcal one or cut that one in half..
Well I use the boca all the time...it does fall into the protein serving. They also make a few of them..I buy the original..plus I use the new Arnold Sandwich Thins..
That's what free foods are for my friend! I wouldn't do this every night - but on occasion you should be good!.
Or - assuming you like mushrooms - try grilling up a portabello cap (or half of one sliced thick) and pop THAT on your burger with a perfectly legal slice of FF or LF cheese. A "double cheeseburger" that counts as an entree + veggie + protein.
I had a double cheese burger for dinner last night and it was great!.
I save my afternoon snack protein and used a Morning Star Farms Prime Griller burger along with the Dukan Diet Flame Broiled Patty. I put it on an eighty calories multigrain roll with salteed red onions and baby bella mushroom. On the side I had some baby carrots and cherry tomatoes... Perfect dinner.
Morning Star has less calories than Boca - 100..
