First off, Can changing my Dukan Diet cause nauseas? Thanks in advance for any answer or 2. Second question of mine... 1 small apple chopped.

2 spackets of splenda.

Cinnamon to taste.

Spray butter.

Toss together and cook in the microwave for 2 minutes on high. Stir and then cook another 1-2 minutes (depending on how crisp you like your apples)..

Stir in 1 packet of the low fat granola cereal and let stand for 1-2 minutes. Eat with a dairy/protein serving of your choice and enjoy !.

1 Nutri System Breakfast Item.

1 Fruit.

1 Dairy or Protein (your choice)..

Yes, any cereal is good!.

Granola is my fave to use and then the bran flakes are my least fave for this little recipie..

This was so good! Instead of having it for breakfast, I had my lunch for breakfast, my dinner for lunch and this later in the evening. The granola was so good with this! I was getting sick of granola with milk or granola with yogurt, so I'm glad to add this recipe to my repertoire. Thanks so much!..

I just finished eating this for breakfast, along with 1/2 cup eggbeaters done in the microwave with a tiny bit of ff cheddar. I added about a teaspoon of raisins to the crisp. MAN what a meal! I'm totally full, the crisp was freakin' delicious! My SO even wanted some of it - LOL!.

He's been kind of laughing because on Dukan Diet I'm actually eating MORE different types of food than ever before! And loving every minute of it!..

I've been having a micro-baked apple every morning for breakfast. Easy as can becore an apple, fill the hole with a splash of DaVinci sf caramel syrup (or a little water and vanilla extract), splenda and cinnamon. Cover with a piece of Saran and nuke for about 2 minutesabsolutely delish!..

Sounds tasty, i'll try that for bfast tomorrow. The packets of the granola were a little smaller than I expected. I think it would have been better if they came in a bowl like the nutriflakes. Has anyone tried this recipe with the Dukan Diet frosted flakes?..

This sounds absloutely question though. I have a birch pollen allergy and can only have most fruits and veggies after they've been cooked enough to cook out the enzyme. How cooked do the apples get for this? Or does it matter if I just cook them an extra few minutes to be safe?..

Use vanilla yogurt as your dairy serving. Add it to the top and you have apple crisp ala mode. I do this all the time. Love it!!..

I've made it with all varieties of apple and applesauce from slightly cooked to very cooked. I've also had it with frozen raspberries. Very Yummy. Top with FF cool whip...

The a la mode using vanilla yogurt sounds absolutely devine!.

Mental note to self: add granola to next months autoship!!!.

I now have a new favorite activity for slow work nights: Dukan Diet Recipes!!!!!.

I knew working 3rd shift wasn't so bad..

Following the same basic recipe try this for dessert:.

Cook apples as directed.

Crumble an Dukan Diet Oatmeal Raisin Cookie on top.

Toast in toaster oven to warm.

Spread w/ Tablespoon FF Cool Whip.

Great warm dessert for cold winter nights!.

(The apple was saved from dinner serving).

Or, if you have time, after tossing apples, cinnamon and splenda together, top with cookie and then bake for 20 minutes to soften the apples..

Bare Naked makes a granola called Peak Protein that has very similar stats to Dukan Diet granola. Enjoy!..

You can also use frozen unsweeted mixed berries. 1cup = a fruit serving with some splenda. Microwave them then mix them with the granola. It's really good and filling for breakfast. I took this was a post some time back! Some even add fatfree whipped topping but it's not needed...

You can make peach cobbler too. Nuke peaches (little snack pack size made with splenda) and cinnamon for about 2 minutes ...then stir in the granola cereal...

There are some text files farther down her blog that contain the recipes. Just download the files..

Break or cut up the bar and put on top after cooking the fruit. Let the top soak up some of the fruit juice...

I have made this with the mixed frozen berries and granola I bought at the store. I enjoy it so much I am fixing a big batch for church luncheon. That way I can eat it without too much guilt if I have any left to bring home!.

I made this for myself this morning for bfast, I also made some for my 2.5 year old (he kept wanting bites of mine!), I made his with oatmeal oats instead of granola and it came out wonderful!.

YUMM and extremely filling!..

Thank you so much for sharing this recipe! I have made it the last 3 mornings and it is so good. I've used the oatmeal the last 2 mornings and it was much tastier this way - plus the oatmeal didn't get mushy. Yum!!.

Joyce spend a tremendous amount of time finding real world substitutes for Dukan Diet food and it's just invaluable!!! The one I use is Bare Naked Peak Protein (I like the Blueberry Walnut flavor, but of course, that's the only one my closest store carries!)...
