First off, Can anybody tell me the ingredients for the Nutrisystem soup? Many thanks for any response. Another question on my mind: It's been a couple of years and I managed to keep 20 of the 25 pounds I lost off. I have decided to see if I can drop another pant size and take some more pressure off of the back and knees..

NS and the boards were such a help to me last time around so here it goes again..

Yep, although you might want to make sure and wait for another member to confirm this as I am not quite sure. Better yet, why don't you ask the Nutrisystem guys because they can answer you better...

Had my first meal this morning - frozen ham & cheese omlette, half a grapefruit, a fiber wafer and yogurt. Not too bad.

NS didn't have the frozen foods last time I was here so I got a few to try this time around...

I personally have my share of outdated, but perfectly eatable food..

Welcome back Tom, and sad to see you back at the same time. Tom was a major motivation for me when I started, guess it's just a reminder this is a lifetime battle not just a diet. Oh well did it once you can do it again...

Thanks for the welcome - fortunatly, I've been eating healthy enough that my recent physical was still all good. Maybe this time we can learn to KEEP it off. Although daily weighing is not supposed to be the answer - I notice that when I stop - I tend to let it get away - so I'm hitting it every day..

Well I'm off to my 30 min walk - which should now become a daily habit...
