Got a quick question: Can any1 suggest good Dukan Diet and work out for getting a gud abs? Looking forward for any response. Second question of mine... I tried something new for a cream cheese danish. I used a little container of the Jell-o sf/ff vanilla pudding cup instead of cream cheese, and sf cherry pie filling. Since the pudding is too low on protein to count for protein, I added 1 Tbsp any whey powder (half to the pancake mix, and have to the cream mix). It's quick to make and it tastes great! Hope, you enjoy it!.

1 package Dukan Diet Pancake (reserve 1 TB mix).

1 Tbsp Splenda.

1/2 Tbsp Any whey (1/2 protein).

1/3 cp soy slender vanilla.

1/4 ts baking powder.

1/2 of sf fat-free vanilla pudding Jell-o cup (30 kcal).

1 Tbsp egg substitute (free food).

1/2 TB any whey (1/2 protein).

2 TB sugar-free cherry pie filling (15 kcal).

Mix pancake mix with 1/3 cup vanilla soy slender. Add 1 TB splenda, 1/4 ts baking powder, and 1/2 TB any whey. Spray a small baking dish with butter spray. Pour mixture into baking dish..

Mix pudding with 1 TB pancake mix, 1 TB egg substitute and 1/2 TB any whey in a small bowl until really smooth. Distribute pudding mixture onto top of pancake mixture in the middle of the bowl. Add cherries op top. Bake in a 400-degree oven for about 20 minutes, or until pancake mixture is set..

Counts as breakfast entre + 1 protein serving + 1/3 fruit serving + free foods..

Yes sir! however you might want to make sure and wait for another person to confirm it as I am on the fence. Better yet, why don't you contact the Dukan Diet guys because they can answer your Dukan Diet question better...

I count the pudding (30kcal/no protein) + any whey (6gr/ 21kcal) as protein..

The pudding is ff/sf..

1 Dairy or protein serving: 100 kcal, and 7 g of protein, less than 3 gr of fat and less than 100kcal..

OK everyone, I made it and my husband and I were fighting with our spoons and digging into it lastnight. It's so easy and it came out just like the picture. My DH isn't on Dukan Diet and he absolutely hates anything Dukan Diet but wants to have one for desert tonight all to himself! How about that! Annie..

I also made this yesterday morning. One thing to note though, this fits in 2 single serving ramicans! I tired to put the recipe into 1 single serve and it was overflowing terribly! I have no clue why I left it in just 1, but it definately should have been put in 2. It would still be one serving, but in the 2 dishes instead of the bottom of your oven or a pan that you put under it knowing that you were going to overflow!.

I will add that my DD said this was her FAVORITE breakfast made from the pancake mixes! (and I've made several!)..

Yes, agreed, it will rise, and the ramekin in the pict is more a 'large' one (5 in diameter)...
