Hi there and welcome!! The first week was great for me, I lost 5 pounds. But I only lost 1 the second week. Still, I am happy with losing 6 pounds in two weeks..

First week has been great. Lost 9 pounds which I know it won't be like that all the time but it was a good jump start for me to think more positive about this. Keep us posted...
I just started today. Although I was a bit worried about the portion sizes, I have been satisfied through the day. I would not say that I have been full, at least not the way I have defined full in the past, but I have been satisfied..
So far the food has tasted good. I do wonder what the chicken salad will be like given the thing package. Lol. I looked at it and thought "WTF?"..
Overall, I am happy. Now lets see how the pounds shed...
The first week for most people, has a big loss but do not expect it every week. 1 to 2 lbs a week is normal..
Then there are people like PamSB and I who did not lose anything the first week or two. So everyone is different. The important thing is to keep on it and stay with it and it will come off..
