Sorry about your bones...maybe it's just fatigue? But I'm happy for you regarding the size 10's...great job!..

Thank you! I think that is what it is. It's the worst when I've had a long day or when the previous day was long...

Sometimes my joints hurt, and they have never hurt before. I'm 26. I've wondered if it has anything to do with Medifast or if I'm just aging...

Maybe you coming down with a cold or the flu? The first symptoms I get when I am coming down with a cold or the flu is pain in my muscles which feels like pain in your bones. Hope you feel better darling...

Is it your bones or your joints that hurt?..

Well it feels like the bones. Or the muscles around them, but I like to confuse everyone so bones it is. I talked to my health coach who said it might be lack of salt? I'm not sure. She suggested sipping some water with bullion. I don't think it's the joints. I do get joint pain, though.

I think I've just had a really exhasuting week and it's affecting my body in a weird way...

You would know if it was lack of salt. That can cause leg cramps.charlie horses..

Honestly, it could be any number of things. If it continues, I strongly suggest that you get yourself to a Dr just to be on the safe side..

There is a supplement I take for my fibro called MSM and it does help a bit with joint pain. Aleve also helps...

My legs have been hurting also, but I think it's the joints. DH said maybe it's my body trying to adjust to the different weight? My back has been hurting as well. I dunno..

I think it is the adjustment, although I've always joked it's the nerve endings waking up after the fat stops sitting on them. Mine hurt often and both my carpal tunnel and osteoarthritis are worse (even though the doctor said it would get better with weight loss). But I'd rather be thin...Sorry for your pain and congrats on the jeans!.
