Your question was: Best salad dressing for Nutrisystem?.

Walden Farms dressings can be purchased locally in a lot of areas. I use Galeos from Whole Foods (also available online), but you may not have Whole Foods locally. I also like Kraft FF Thousand Island..

Galeo's Miso Cesar and Wasabi/Ginger gets my vote. I like their dressings so much I just ordered 10 bottles from 14 cal a tbsp, hard to believe because it tastes so rich...

I like Kraft Italion, zesty italion, thousand Island, French and catalina, I don't like any lite or ff ranch.... it is a texture thing I think...

Thank you all so much. This gives me a good place to start!..

I started Monday and don't have any store bought yet. Any ideas to make good salad dressing at home?..

A few of my favorites are Maple Grove Farms of Vermont Raspberry Balsamic, Cranberry Balsamic and Greek (found at Kroger, Super Walmart and Publix); also like the poster above the Ol' Cape Cod Sesame/Ginger is terrific as is their Balsamic. I like Publix, Kroger and Kraft FF 1000 Island, but have yet to find a FF Ranch that I like...

Balsamic or Red Wine vinegar are great on salads..

Galeo's Miso Caesar gets my vote, but I have to order it from Lately, it's the only salad dressing I use. I heard Whole Foods has it, but I don't have that store near me...

I like the Fat free Kraft Italian Salad Dressing...

I like Kraft FF Catalina, and FF Caesar/Italian. Also, I like their FF Zesty Italian, but I add red wine vinegar to it. Sadly, my beloved Balsamic vinagrette doesn't come in FF, only lite, so I sometimes use it for my fat serving with dinner...

I'm a third vote for the Old Cape Cod Sesame Ginger. I find myself licking the plate after that salad.

I also use the lite Spritzer things..

I make my own out of yellow mustard, water, and splenda. It's actually pretty good, tastes a lot like honey mustard and is really really low in calories and no fat...

I am with you - I'm amazed how good that dressing is. You can use a lot on a chicken cesaer and feel like you are really splurging! Yummy!!!..

Oh these all sound great. I can't wait to try them..

Thank you for suggesting. By the way, I'm new here. Hi everyone...
