They have a small steak that is just the right size for a L&G. You can ask for double veggies instead of the starch..
That's what I order when we go. The small steak and veggies..
There is a weight watcher chichen&sauce/potato/veg ... I get that but 100% change it - lol!.
I ask for the chicken (which is grilled) plain / no seasonings / no oil/butter..
I ask for the veggie (which has always been broccoli) to be steamed with no oil/butter..
I ask to replace the potato with an extra side of broccoli again steamed with no oil/butter..
I have not weighed this at Applebee's, but have gotten it 4-5 times since starting MF. It seems like at least 5oz of chicken and at least 2 servings (if not more) of the green..
It is about ~10 USD, so I think it is a decent deal for a lunch out..
I too order the small steak but instead of any sides I ask for a large salad made from the shredded lettuce that they use for fajitas instead of the mixed greens and then they chop some tomatoes and cukes on top for me and I bring my own FF dressing.......makes for a very satisfying meal from there..
That chicken does sure look yummy!.
