I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I find an answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably could help you..
I made that very dessert (for the rest of the family) over Easter ... it's really yummy, but not Dukan Diet Friendly! I was thinking of trying this for a Dukan Diet equivalent:.
NS pretzels crumbled and mixed with ICBINB spray (enough to make it sticky) and 1 splenda (then spread it over a pam sprayed pan, and still heat it at 400 degrees).
Once cooled try the middle layer with FF cool whip, FF cream cheese, 3 splendas.
Top layer with FF jello mixed with strawberries.
What do you think? (the only "problem" is that the Dukan Diet pretzels I have are honey mustard flavored, and it works so much better with non flavored pretzels)..
I'm still looking. I actually found one online that was fairly Dukan Diet friendly and it gave the whole calorie/protein/fat/carb breakdown. I remember it was a pdf. file..
I swear I'll find it if it's the last thing I do...
That looks like it would work. Some of the health food stores sell unflavored pretzels. I think Trader Joes might too. I'll keep looking because it give the whole breakdown for people who want to know that stuff but the way you did it sounds pretty close. I really love this dessert...
LOL, doesnt that just bother you when you cant find something?..
Yea, and it happens way too often! One of these days I'm going to organize all my Dukan Diet stuff...
Here's one version. This isn't the version I posted but it gives a breakdown..
Still sort of on the high side..
Here's a version where they use Fiber One Cereal instead of pretzels.
