I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the answer to your question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I find an useful answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably can help you..
Sometimes I am in the "room" every ten minutes in an hour...
Okay, my next question = those who have had this experience and have been in the program for an extended period of time: does the frequency/urgency subside at all?.
I was already on blood pressure meds that made my frequency more often than usual (though nothing like this). Actually I am hoping that a side effect fromNutrisystemwill be the ability to eliminate my bp meds (or at the very least decrease the dosage)..
I live in a house with ONE bathroom and three females - a wife, a 19 y.o. daughter and a 4 y.o. daughter. Last night I had to wait almost 40 minutes while the 19 y.o. was showering and primping/preening for a night out. Had the bathroom been open, I likely would have gone 3 times in that time span.
One day last week I went grocery shopping with the wife and young one. I hit the bathroom on the way in, on the way out, AND in the middle of shopping..
At work, I am usually fine; but there are certain times on an irregular basis where I may be in client meetings or other situations where a trip to the bathroom every 15 minutes is not possible. But the LAST thing I need is to be focused more on my bladder than my objective..
Anyone have these experiences, and if so, how do you handle them?..
I've found that the frequency of the trips subsides after your bladder gets used to the water intake. However, I also notice that if I ease off on my water one day and then increase it, I am dealing with the same issue of having to run to the bathroom. And every once in a while you just have one of those days that puts you in the bathroom every 10-15 minutes for a stretch of time..
Are you drinking the water throughout the day rather than chugging 32 oz in one sitting? If it continues, you may want to talk to your doctor about it. After a month on the program and 14 pounds lost, it is possible that your meds might need to be adjusted...
It does get better. After you have gotten rid of the water held in your body tissues the trips to the bathroom decease. I go a few times a day and only once at night now...
I can only deal with it with Humor " I'm a little pee pot short and stout, just tip me over and pour me out"".
I need one for the gas factory I have become. toot toot..
And remember if you're eating more fresh fruits and veggies, they contain fluid, too...
Yep, I probably go every 10-15 minutes...sucks but at least our systems are nice & clean! hahaha..
The only time it really bothers me is if it wakes me in the middle of the night and I have to go then..
