Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the right answer. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I discover an anything. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could answer your Nutrisystem question..

The Top Secret Recipes website has a great fat free version recipe of KFC coleslaw..
If you want to save more calories, splenda can be used instead of sugar, it tastes fine..
The bagged coleslaw mix works very good with this recipe too..
I like this recipe even though I hate diet food and Miracle Whip. Make sure you let it get nice and cool before eating (leave in refrig. overnight)..
Yep chubbybiker - that's a good recipe, it was posted on the old recipe board, so it's in my files..
Is there a link to that website?.
"Never mind, I found it. Here it is for anyone else who wants it..
My mom makes a chinese cole slaw that is not so Nutrisystem friendly but from time to time I make it.....
You take angle hair coleslaw, sunflower seeds, slivered almonds, ramen beef noodles and seasoning, splenda and vinegar. I used a small amount of the seeds and nuts and the ramen isn't very bad because you don't eat the whole amount at once, obviously. It's delish and so tasty...
This is really good! I make this from time to time for a change up from salad. It is really good with cashews or sunflower seeds. I also use a little chowmein noodles. I use a while head of cabbage, green onions to taste, 1/3 cup vegetable oil,1/2 cup vinegar, 1/2 cup splenda or more or less to your taste. Use nuts wisely. I let it maridate over night.
You can add the nuts to the whole mix or if it just for you, add nuts to your serving so that it can be counted easily. I have not tried the ramen noodles and seasoning. I will try this next time. Very refreshing and great for picnics...
