Without more information from you, there isn't much that can be said other than follow the program as written and hang in there!.
How far into the program are you at this point? How much do you need to lose? How long have you been a yo-yo dieter? Are you doing the plan as written, or are you adding off plan items or skipping meals? These, and many other, factors will play a role in how quickly you will lose weight...
Do you have a Health Coach? My recommendation would be to get one, if you don't! I feel that I wouldn't have been as successful on the program if it weren't for my Coach. She gives me support and great ideas, and helps me when I'm struggling...
I agree with this! I am sorry your having a rough time this time around on MF. Can you share more info?.
Of course, the best thing is just follow the plan-which it sounds like you have done before with success. What is different this time?.
Please, hang in there. You can do this. You have done it before. Let us know how we can help!..
Maybe you can share what you ate yesterday? Are you logging your meals?.
I do think our bodies do not respend as well to dieting if we lose and gain repeatedly. The weight gain/loss cycle is very bad for the body so it might be just trying to stay at a stable weight...
I agree with freedom99 ... I think our body gets to the point where it's like "whoaah! what are you trying now?" I believe that is why i'm not dropping the weight as fast as most people here (8lbs in 5 weeks).
Don't give up ... we can do this!..
