I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the answer to your question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I find an answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could give you help..
Hello there Barb!.
I'm sorry you're feeling a tinge under the weather. Hopefully that passes quickly and you're back to being skippy you!.
Ahhhhhhhhhh yes, thank heavens tomorrow is Hump Day...I keep thinking it's Thursday though!..
Oh I totally dropped the ball on Dr. S Day! I love reading Dr. Suess stories to the kids. Maybe I can do that next week...short week, I don't follow the curriculum on short weeks (Casimir Pulaski Day off Monday)..
I haven't heard of anyone else in our building doing anything..
My eating is horrible...I either have forgotten to eat, or get so busy haven't taken the time to eat..
Well, I need to go make a program for our Grandparent's Day program. On the committee even though my students don't participate, and last year I didn't attend..
Have a great rest of the week!..
Hooray for Hump Day!.
Last year my school served green eggs and ham at lunch, but this year there has not been any talk about the plan for tomorrow...we are neck deep in CRCT prep and remediation.
My frozen foods arrived on Friday (2/25), so I went ahead and started the program on Saturday. My BBB arrived tonight. I did start on the treadmill 2/21 which I think has given my metabolism a little kick start..
How do plan your meals during the day? For me, I have broken it down like this:.
5:45 - morning snack:soy milk (b/fast protein) with my vitamins.
7:45 - breakfast:Nutrisystementree and fruit.
10:45 - lunch:Nutrisystementree, 2 veg, 1 protein (early lunch!).
2:00 - afternoon snack: apple (fruit) and cheese stick (protein).
5:30 - dinner:Nutrisystementree, 2 veg, 1 fruit + dessert.
Still trying to figure out my dinnertime and how best to get my workout in. But overall I feel good..
I love this thread!..
Kris-the scratchy throat has morphed into a cold (mild so far). I hope it disappears quickly. My hives returned yesterday (for the first time in about 8 weeks). I really thought they had run their course, but I guess not..
Cathrinest- I break my day into 6 smaller meals. I eat myNutrisystementree right before the kids come into the room (about 7:50 AM). I have my specials first thing in the morning, so I eat my yoguart/fruit at about 9:00 or so. I eat a large helping of veggie soup and a piece of Gorton Fish at noon. At about 1:45 or so I have myNutrisystemlunch entree (usually a bar). I eat my protein/fruit snack at about 4:00, dinner at about 6:00 and my dessert around 7 or 7:30 PM.
This works for me so that I am never hungry. Dessert last thing, gives me something to look forward to and a little sweet at the end of my day!.
I did have another greatNutrisystemday. I bought a pair of pants (very, very snug) at Walmart ($5 clearance). I put them on once a week to gauge how I am doing. So far I can get them on and zip and button them. I am working now to be able to breathe and move when I have them on!.
Tomorrow is Thursday already. We had inside recess due to below zero wind chills again today. We are suppose to get freezing drizzle tonight, snow showers tomorrow, and maybe some very significant snow on Monday and Tuesday. Personally, I am very sick and tired of winter!.
I hope everyone has a great evening...
We had a very long week at school with parent/teacher conferences after school on Monday and Tuesday. Two twelve hour days at the beginning of the week makes for one LONG week!.
However, it's been a good weekend (except for eating a small Snickers bar, notNutrisystemchocolate...ha!) on Monday (stress eating, I see) The rest of the week has been super eating-wise. The weekend looks to be a challenge. (Hubby's birthday and we're having dinner here) Other than that, I am so looking forward to the weekend. HOw about y'all?..
Hello there friends,.
Happy Saturday to you! It FINALLY came!! These weeks are long (but hopefully the weather gets better soon!).
Next weekend we turn our clocks forward...so the nights will be lighter longer!..
Hope everyone had a good week. Next week begins MSA testing so we have been crazed at school. It seems like this year's group of 3rd graders are lower and more ADD overall than in years past so we are hoping for a miracle!.
I can't believe next weekend we turn the clocks forward. I didn't even know that! I am glad it will be lighter longer because I much prefer walking outside rather than indoors on the treadmill. I just hope the weather starts to get warmer. Come on spring!.
Tonight our neighbors invited us for dinner and tomorrow is my sister's birthday party so I am really going to have to watch what I eat. I have been OP all week so hopefully there won't be too much damage..
Have a great weekend. It is supposed to rain tonight and all day tomorrow. Yuck!.
