Hi there,i just wanted to make sure I am doing this correctly... I usually don't measure my unlimited veggies, I just eat as much I want, however when you enter in what you have eaten for the day, the unlimiteds have an amount ex. broccoli should be .50 of a cup I eat probaly 2 cups. I started at 172 and in 29 days have lost 8 pounds.i worry because I see other people losing that amount in 1 to 2 weeks. another question is I have just received my 2 nd order, however I ordered some select items to try, when will this be shipped? will I be notified it's on it's way? do I have to be home since it is frozen??thank you sooooo much for being there for us, I really do appreciate it...

I lost 3 pounds my first month, but folks with less to lose often lose at a slower rate. The main thing is losing the weight and then keeping it off by following some kind of a maintence plan.

I wouldn't worry about the unlimited veggies. It's good fiber and nutrient and low in calories.

I think that Schwann's is supposed to call to arrange a delivery time for the frozen foods, and I thought they came with dry ice for short delays. (I haven't ordered the Select food, though, so I'm just repeating what I've read.)..

NS is set up for you to loose an average of 1-2 pounds per week. You are right on track with that, averaging 2 pounds a week. You are doing great..

If you are using the online planner you will need to enter the amount of your unlimited veggies because it also keeps track of the calories you are eating. Nutrisystem is not a calorie counting program and you don't have to do that. You can just use the paper planner that comes with the food and list the foods you are eating. However, should you end up at a point where you are not loosing weight on the scale OR inches then knowing how many calories you are consuming may be helpful. Those veggies are unlimited. However, they do contain some calories.

Right now, with your rate of loss being so great, I wouldn't worry about how many cups of veggies you are eating. Just be sure you are not loading them down with cheese or butter or too much salad dressing...
