Your question was: Afmu.com vs Godaddy.com?.
Oh yes, goodtube.org is a developed site and goodtube.com will benefit..
And it is a typo of godtube.com too .. that got some big financing...
The current owner still have the right to renew the domain, the auction winner may hate this thread.
A nice typo...
You're right, I just wonder how much it would cost the owner to get his name back after the $5005 auction. it surely wouldn't be fair if all he/she needs to pay is some $80.....
$5005, the new owner must be hopiung to get some big typos from godtube.com, goodtube.com in itself is nothing special..
I used to own TubeTraffic.com.
Maybe I should have kept it!.
I think not, domains do not work like that (this kind of thinking is why a whole lot of .asia domainers are now in a pickle after going on .asia registering rampage), I have sold my fair share of keyword plus tube.com HostGator names on ebay last year, non got much higher than $40 maximum..
I also have these name.
There has been a lot of "Tube" names that have sold.
I've only got 2, both in the .com.
I have visitube dot com, remember looking at gingertube which was available a few months ago but didnt go for it, someone is trying to sell it on this forum for $1K..
Its good you didn't buy gingertube when it was available,.
I won't make any further comments regarding gingertube.com, in case I offend the person putting gingertube.com up for sale for $1000.
As said I have sold my fair share of tube HostGator names and they were better than the ones people have shared, they fetched $40 at most at ebay auction. Please be sensible when domaining people..
I was in that auctrion but stropped at $2000+.
The new owner must develope it in some way so that he ll keep traffic.
I also bid for youtubemobile.com but lost it for $5, thats life..
Youtubemobile.com???? Thats a blatent TM infringement and a UDRP waiting to happen. What possible use has it got????..
The GingerTube.com person would be me....well, i've just sold FrogTube.com & DrumTube.com and believe you me, they've both been sold for far more than $40....it's all about quality....
Ginger: 1. a cooking spice; 2. color: orangy brown; 3. a group of people who's got the orangy brown colored hair; in america, I believe they call them "redhead"... so GingerTube.com would be great for showing videos of redheads.....
Seems well overpriced to me. EverythingTube.com is good these days because of youtube.com? But the problem is, it's too similar to youtube.com. You can hardly create a standout branded website with it.
Well that's IMHO. It's possible I'm completely missing something, though...
There are quite a number of developed & branded KeywordTube.com sites out there, especially adult ones. Doing a search on Google for *tube.com will bring up about 1,000,000 results: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&r...63&q=*tube.com..
Better yet do an inurl:tube.com search: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q...=Google+Search.
650K *tube.com ain't too shabby..
There are even 425K *tube.net and 40K *tube.org.
Tube is very brandable for videocentric sites...
There are many successful websites with tube domains, here are just a few:.
Adult related tube domains:.
Religion related tube domains:.
Education related Tube domains:.
Game related Tube Domains:.
If you know more, add them to the lists..
