Question I have... According to Nutrisystem if I weigh about 250 what is my point range? Thanks in advance for any answer. My other question... Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me here. I have the sheet from the food journal that shows a spot for a morning snack (between breakfast and lunch), indicating a "Dairy or Protein" and a "Fruit". Yet my online food journal here does not provide for such a morning snack.

Anyone know?.

Thanks in advance...

Those are two different plans. Look at the book cover, which plan is it?, then look at the on-line plan (you can change it). Be sure they are set to the same plans..

Really anyone can have a morning snack. Just switch your food around any way you want but eat the food on your menu ...

Ah, OK, I don't yet have my product (hopefully tomorrow), and so I am 'borrowing' my day's food from my husband, who just received his (we are both newbies). He photocopied a page from his book for me (but I see that maybe as a man, his includes that extra snack, but not for woman perhaps?) I bought the basic woman's plan. Would that generally mean that the extra snack is not part of the day? And what plan includes that extra snack? (Just wondering..

OK, sorry for another question...I had a turkey hotdog as myNutrisystemlunch. Package says have a whole wheat bun, which I did...(lite)...when adding it to my online journal, and I click on Turkey Dog, it shows up with 80 cal. Must I then add the bread separately? I have to presume that the 80 cal. Dog does not include my 35 cal. whole wheat item. Is this correct, that I should add this bread...I realize this is probaby a very stupid question. My apologies...

The men's plan is different from the women's as the men get more food since they need more calories. They get twoNutrisystemdesserts/snacks (the women replace one with a dairy/protein and fruit) and the men get to add carbs to breakfast and dinner and a fruit to lunch. The senior plan, vegetarian and diabetic women's program have some "morning" snack, but for the most part it is just the same food moved around during the day..

I will post the women's plan for you...

Yes, you need to add the bread (add more food)...

The men's plan is different then the woman's basic plan. They get anNutrisystemsnack in the afternoon and they get extra carbs. It's not for woman..

I am on the silver plan and we get a morning snack. It is.

Not extra food.

It is part of woman's basic lunch moved to morning. I don't get an extra protein with my lunch. Like I said anyone can do this. Just move your food around...

The plan that adds the morning snack for women is the Diabetic plan. I borrows the fruit from the basic plan at breakfast and adds another dairy or protein. Diabetic also give you 1 or 2 more fats during the day..

GOOD LUCK!!..
