Welcome back...I'm kind of a second timer although I only went off for about 4 months and gained two pounds. It really does work. I have lost the two pounds and now I'm going full steam ahead...good luck!..

I'm recommiting to this plan for a second time myself. I had put my shipments on hold end of december, because I was still eating so much other food. But now I'm back, baby! I"m on day 2 and feeling really good about my decision to return.

Thanks for all the welcome backs!!! I'm on day 4 and doing good. I just about had a coronary the 2nd day when I weighed and gained 7 (yes, 7 lbs) overnight. Talk about discouraging.
Today I am back at my starting weight of 230......thank goodness!.
As for the new foods......I LOVE the Chocolate Muffin and the Tortilla Soup (lunch), and penne chicken pasta. My DH had the pork tortilla dog food looking thing for dinner. I can tell you it looks NOTHING like the picture on the box.
I seriously could eat the grilled chicken breast every night. I don't even notice it's NS. Now the OLD chicken patty was something else.....but the new one is GOOOD!.
Glad to see there are a few other "re-starters" out there!..
Welcome back. Your story is identical to mine. Lost 30#'s I was feeling good about myself and gained every last freakin pound of it back.
So hear I am back on it again. So, what do you think of the desserts. I'm not a chocolate lover but the candy bars are fantastic..
I love chocolate so the desserts are ok for me.
I ordered 28 puddings (no variety here....lol). I make a bowl of pudding, mix it with 1/2 NF yogurt and a few berries. It makes such a large bowl that I feel I'm overeating when I eat it..
I love the lunches, the breakfasts are pretty good.........the dinner is where I have the difficulty. I pretty much love the chicken breast...the hamburger is ok and I used to like the lasagna. Now however, when I open a pkg it almost makes me gag. I tried the penne chicken pasta the other night and I was pleasantly surprised. Maybe I just need to stick with the chicken dinners??.
Anyway, enough rambling about me......I'm glad you're back! We can lose the 30 lbs again (and more if we need to). I'm so over being heavy!!!..

Hi Cruzin, I just wanted to say that I am restarting too! I lost almost 40lbs from October 08-May 09, but have gained almost 9lbs back since last October. I'm going on a cruise in a week and a half too!.
Oh well! I'm hoping to maybe lose 2lbs by then and at least feel like I know how to do this again..
