Your question was: 2011 Coupon Codes for Godaddy?.
I'd highly recommend you try get a refund for both names...
If I were you, I'd drop & get a refund for both names unless you want to face potential TM lawsuits in the future...
Drop them both while hot. both are trademarks already...
I don't understand haw Yahoo in any variation can be a TM since it is a Dictionary word and can anyone have a TM on it?.
Noun, plural -hoos..
1. (in Swift's Gulliver's Travels) one of a race of brutes, having the form and all the vices of humans, who are subject to the Houyhnhnms..
2. (lowercase) an uncultivated or boorish person; lout; philistine; yokel..
3. (lowercase) a coarse or brutish person..
[Origin: coined by Swift in Gulliver's Travels (1726)].
And Google become a Dictionary name..
The "Google" spelling is also used in "The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy" by Douglas Adams, in which one of Deep Thought's designers asks, "And are you not," said Fook, leaning anxiously foward, "a greater analyst than the Googleplex Star Thinker in the Seventh Galaxy of Light and Ingenuity which can calculate the trajectory of every single dust particle throughout a five-week Dangrabad Beta sand blizzard?".
So I'm confuse why it is a TM and a No No..
So you're saying you've never heard of yahoo.com ?
Of course I heard, but what I'm saying is: just because they are using this name they can not claim it as there own, they did not invent the name "Yahoo"..
They are not using the yahoo name, they are yahoo. they did not invent the name yahoo, but they made it what it is today.
Unless you're making a website about then you are infringing upon them. so which of those definitions led you to register this domain?..
All good advice here. No explanations should be necessary - drop those domains unless you like trouble and have a big bankroll...
Thank you all for your advices it is very much apprichiated..
